Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the necessary details regarding your excursion or transfer. Please ensure that all information is accurate and notify us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

1.2. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, bank transfers, and online payments through secure payment gateways. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. Your booking will only be confirmed once the payment is successfully processed.

1.3. Currency
All prices listed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method.

2. Cancellations and Refunds
2.1. Customer Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of your tour or transfer.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or transfer will result in a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time or for no-shows.
2.2. Tour Finder Pro Cancellations
In the event that Tour Finder Pro needs to cancel a tour or transfer due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather, vehicle issues, or guide availability), we will offer:

A full refund or the option to reschedule the tour/transfer to a later date.
If you choose to reschedule and the new date is not convenient for you, you may request a full refund.

3. Changes to Bookings
3.1. Customer Requests
If you need to make changes to your booking (e.g., changing the date or time), please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but changes are subject to availability.

3.2. Tour Finder Pro Changes
We reserve the right to modify or adjust your booking details (e.g., itinerary changes due to weather or safety concerns). If such changes are necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide alternative options.

4. Liability and Insurance
4.1. Participation at Your Own Risk
By participating in our tours and excursions, you acknowledge that certain activities may involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, environmental hazards, and transportation-related risks. Tour Finder Pro is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during your participation in our tours or transfers, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

4.2. Travel Insurance
We highly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and any unforeseen circumstances that may affect your trip. Tour Finder Pro is not responsible for any costs or losses that are not directly related to our services.

5. Responsibilities of the Traveler
5.1. Timely Arrival
It is your responsibility to arrive on time at the designated meeting points for tours and transfers. Tour Finder Pro is not responsible for delays or missed services due to late arrival.

5.2. Health and Fitness
Certain tours and excursions may require a moderate level of physical fitness. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically capable of participating in the activities you book. If you have any health concerns, please consult your physician before booking.

5.3. Conduct
We expect all participants to behave respectfully and follow the instructions of our guides during tours. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.
